As a leader, you'll :

• Manage and support clinical staff, fostering growth and teamwork.
• Oversee training and orientation and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with our State Educator, Regional Operations Director, and site leadership to uphold the highest standards in patient care.
• Play a vital role in employee engagement, scheduling, and maintaining compliance.

• RN with a BS / AA / diploma in Nursing and at least 12 months of RN experience (6 months in hemodialysis required).
• Valid state nursing license, BLS certification, and driver's license.
• Ability to travel locally to multiple sites and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
