Midtown Center for Health and Rehab is seeking a Weekend Supervisor!

We are seeking a dedicated Weekend Supervisor to lead our team during weekend shifts, ensuring smooth operations, high-quality resident care, and a positive experience for both staff and residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor facility clinical systems to ensure quality resident care in compliance with laws, regulations, and guidelines.

  • Provide nursing care in accordance with residents’ care plans and physician orders.

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to maintain high standards of care.

  • Conduct ongoing assessments of residents and update care plans based on changes in condition.

  • Collaborate with ADON and DON to address and resolve resident or family concerns.

  • Document interventions, resident education, and nursing care accurately and timely.

  • Conduct rounds to assess resident conditions and clinical practices.

  • Administer medications and IV treatments as ordered by physicians.

  • Monitor residents’ progress, behavior, vital signs, and skin integrity; report findings and complete incident reports as necessary.

  • Oversee nursing administrative duties including medication orders, narcotic inventory, and emergency kit monitoring.

  • Conduct shift change reports and ensure proper follow-up.

  • Assist in recruitment, orientation, and performance management of nursing staff.

  • Delegate assignments, monitor schedule adherence, and provide coaching or corrective action as needed.

  • Foster a team environment through recognition, training, and effective communication.

    Qualifications:

    • Current RN license in State.

    • Previous experience in nursing supervision or management preferred.

    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    • Knowledge of regulations, clinical standards, and best practices in skilled nursing care.
