Travel RN - Pediatric ICU - Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU

American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU night shift position requiring 2+ years of recent pediatric ICU experience and at least one completed travel assignment.

• Active RN license in the state or a compact RN license compliant with NLC/TN guidelines (no pending licensure accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of recent pediatric ICU experience required, 3+ years preferred
• BSN preferred
• Cerner/EPIC experience preferred
• Valid driver's license copy required for consideration

• Work in the Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU (CVPICU) of a Level I Pediatric Trauma Center
• Night shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00-7:00
• Weekend coverage required as needed
• Floating may occur between like units and campuses within a 20-mile radius
• Provide critical care nursing to pediatric cardiovascular patients
• Holiday coverage required: if Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's all fall during the assignment, must work 2 of the 3; if only 2 holidays fall during the assignment, must work at least 1
• First-time travelers are not accepted; candidates must have completed at least one prior travel assignment
• Former permanent staff or travelers must be separated from the facility for at least one year before returning
• All requested time off must be submitted at the time of consideration; RTO requests made after an offer will not be honored
• Local candidates not accepted; must reside at least 100 miles from the facility
