Responsibilities- Assesses patients under RN guidance.
- Contributes to developing and implementing the care plan.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of the care plan.
- Provides patient care and supports nursing staff.
- Participates in initiatives to improve healthcare delivery.
- Builds clinical leadership knowledge and engages in ongoing education.
- Completes assigned goals.
- Graduate of an RN program awaiting licensure, with a maximum of 90 days in this role.
- Basic computer literacy.
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire preferred.
