Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse for a specific group of patients to support quality outcomes. Facilitates communication with staff, patients, and guests, and performs additional assigned duties.
Responsibilities- Assesses patients under the guidance of a registered nurse.
- Contributes to developing and implementing patient care plans.
- Participates in evaluating and improving care strategies.
- Assists nursing staff with patient care tasks.
- Engages in activities aimed at enhancing healthcare delivery.
- Builds clinical leadership knowledge through ongoing education.
- Completes assigned goals effectively.
- Graduate of a nursing program awaiting licensure (max 90 days in intern role).
- Computer literacy.
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
