Responsibilities- Assesses patients under RN guidance.
- Contributes to developing and implementing a plan of care.
- Implements and evaluates the care plan.
- Assists nursing staff with patient care.
- Engages in activities to improve healthcare delivery.
- Builds clinical leadership knowledge through ongoing education.
- Completes assigned goals efficiently.
- Graduate of a registered nursing program, awaiting licensure (up to 90 days).
- Computer literacy.
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire (preferred).
