Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Location: Tennessee

Schedule: Ongoing per diem day shifts

Openings: 1

Position Overview

• Outpatient primary care and wellness in an employer sponsored clinic
• Typical visits include acute episodic care, primary care follow ups, and chronic disease management
• Average volume approximately 2 to 4 patients per hour
• Comfort seeing ages 2 and older

Clinical Environment

• Support staff assists with labs and injections as applicable to site workflow
• Charting may begin with paper workflows until electronic access is granted

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Tennessee NP license
• National certification (FNP or equivalent as applicable)
• Active DEA
• Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify
