• No degree is required; looking for a lead groomer with deep experience.
• A strong work ethic and a positive attitude; as a lead, the other groomers will look up to you
• A team player with great customer service and communication skills
• Clean driving record is a must.
• Clean background check required

• A phone call / phone screen within 24 hours
• Ride‑along with an experienced groomer within 5 days
• An offer letter—and lunch with the owner—within 7-10 days
