• Support and collaboration within a team-centric practice environment, including case rounds, mentorship, and ongoing learning opportunities as described by leadership.
• Assist with patient care management, surgical assistance, and applying a concierge approach to client communication to ensure clients feel heard and valued.

• Led by Dr. Carondelet Nollner, a Diplomate of the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners in Canine/Feline Clinical Practice, with one-on-one support and coaching available for associates at various career stages.

• State-of-the-art 4500 sq ft facility with dedicated exam rooms by species, fear-free design, and separate animal housing; adherence to AAHA standards.
• On-site Practice Administrator dedicated to supporting the team, clients, and financial health of the practice.

• $120,000 - $160,000 base salary (commensurate with experience) paid on 20% production (paid monthly) – no negative accrual
