Quality Assurance Manager
Join Judge Direct Placement, a growing food company located in Memphis, TN, as a Quality Assurance Manager.
Location & Compensation1st shift, Arlington, TN (or other Memphis area locations). Base salary $90,000–$110,000 per year, plus up to 15% bonus. Additional benefits include medical, vision, and disability insurance, as well as 401(k) participation.
Qualifications & Requirements- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a food processing Quality Assurance department
- 5+ years as a QA supervisor or 2+ years as a QA Manager
- Strong knowledge of USDA beef and pork specifications
- Knowledge of retail-ready beef and pork a plus
- Extensive experience with food safety programs and policies, including government regulations, FDA, GFSI, HACCP, GMP, and Allergen Program
