Quality Technician

Jabil Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician to ensure product quality and process integrity through meticulous inspection, data analysis, and adherence to established quality standards.

• Perform various quality assurance activities, including inspections, tests, and audits, to verify product and process compliance with specifications.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, deviations, and areas for improvement in quality processes.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Operate and maintain various Quality Assurance Tools to support inspection and testing requirements.
• Document and report quality findings, ensuring accurate and thorough record-keeping for data quality assurance.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with internal and external stakeholders regarding quality matters.

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or quality assurance environment.
• Familiarity with MS Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Ability to work independently when trained on Corrective Actions, Data Validation, Shop Floor Assistance, Routine Auditing, Quality Instruction generation and revision, being a representative for the Quality Culture in an ISO
  9001 manufacturing assembly environment.
• Ability to work as part of a Teamwork-oriented environment.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with IPC
  610 a recommended for wiring and cable terminations a plus.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience.
