Quality Manager; Technical Degree Mandatory

Our client. is seeking a proactive and experienced Quality Manager to lead and oversee quality systems, product compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a quality leadership role and must possess a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. This position plays a critical role in developing strategies to enhance product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. MUST HAVE engineering or technical degree AND black belt or lean practitioner certification.

• Lead the Quality Assurance team in maintaining and improving quality systems, procedures, and metrics across manufacturing operations.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer and third‑party audits, corrective actions, and product quality issues.
• Implement and drive Lean Six Sigma projects to reduce variability, defects, and non‑conformities.
• Monitor quality KPIs, conduct trend analysis, and report results to senior management.
• Develop, mentor, and train quality personnel to enhance team performance and engagement.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to resolve root causes of quality issues using structured problem‑solving tools (e.g., 8D, DMAIC).
• Oversee supplier quality performance and assist in qualification and audit activities.
• Champion a culture of Continuous Improvement and operational excellence throughout the facility.
