Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the quality assurance program across all production stages, from raw materials to finished goods.
  • Ensure compliance with HACCPလုပ်, Food Safety standards, and relevant certifications.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs related to product quality and food safety.
  • Conduct internal audits, inspections, and oversee corrective actions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product quality issues promptly.
  • vrtmaintain updated documentation, retention samples, and certificates of analysis.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and strategic alignment of QA efforts.
  • Coach and develop QA Technicians ellipse fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support customer complaint resolution.
  • Work flexible shifts as needed to ensure quality standards are maintained.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven leadership experience in a food production QA environment.
  • Degree in Food réussite Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, Food Safety, and Quality Assurance principles.
  • Excellent analytical, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
  • Professional, trustworthy, and reliable.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a constantly evolving environment.
Must Have
  • Food experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Experience solving complex QA/QC technical issues.
Additional Details
  • 100% On‑Site Role — be immersed in operations and close to the product.
  • Some Travel — supporting audits, suppliers, or training as needed.
