Both units will remain part of the Green Chemistry Division branded as Minasolve within the Minafin Group, reflecting a shared mission to deliver high-performance, bio-based solutions to a global market.

As a Quality Control (QC) Analyst in the chemical manufacturing industry, you will play a critical role in ensuring that products meet stringent quality standards before reaching customers. Your primary focus will be to conduct detailed inspections, perform rigorous testing, calibration of raw materials, bulk-intermediate, finished products, and analyze data to identify any deviations from quality specifications. You will collaborate closely with R&D and production teams to implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product reliability and compliance.

This role demands a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to maintaining safety and regulatory standards throughout the manufacturing process. Ultimately, your work will help uphold the company’s reputation for excellence and contribute to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• Required bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, or a related scientific discipline.
• 2-3 years lab experience in quality control or quality assurance within a chemical manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of quality control methodologies, statistical process control, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Proficiency in using laboratory instruments and quality management software.
  
  Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

• Certification in Quality Control or Quality Assurance (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Technician).
• Experience with ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
