Salary: $49,584 per year
Regular sitting and use of hands; frequent walking; occasional standing, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching; lifting up to 10 pounds. Close vision required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide program evaluation and policy analysis
- Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative methods and analyses
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and collaboratively to develop, implement, and evaluate programs
- Knowledge of best practices for collecting, entering, and analyzing data
- Ability to provide prompt and regular attendance
- Assist with all research projects, including data collection, assessments, coordination between agencies, and data analysis.
- Data analysis, reporting, surveying, managing results, and processing data for various surveys and assessments.
- Develop grant proposals, write literature reviews, design research, conduct research (e.g., survey methodology, interviews, online questionnaires), enter and analyze data, and report findings.
- Collaborate with local and state government and non‑profit agencies to develop grant proposals for private, local, state, and federal funders.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
