Salary: $49,584 per year

Regular sitting and use of hands; frequent walking; occasional standing, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching; lifting up to 10 pounds. Close vision required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide program evaluation and policy analysis
• Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative methods and analyses
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and collaboratively to develop, implement, and evaluate programs
• Knowledge of best practices for collecting, entering, and analyzing data
• Ability to provide prompt and regular attendance

• Assist with all research projects, including data collection, assessments, coordination between agencies, and data analysis.
• Data analysis, reporting, surveying, managing results, and processing data for various surveys and assessments.
• Develop grant proposals, write literature reviews, design research, conduct research (e.g., survey methodology, interviews, online questionnaires), enter and analyze data, and report findings.
• Collaborate with local and state government and non‑profit agencies to develop grant proposals for private, local, state, and federal funders.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
