Minimum Position Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Criminology or a closely related field

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in program evaluation and policy analysis

Special Conditions

Grant‑funded position with continuation dependent upon funding availability.

Work Schedule

Monday – Friday
8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
May require work/travel beyond normal schedule.

Working Conditions

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist with all research projects, including data collection, assessments, coordination between agencies, and data analysis.
  • Data analysis, reporting, surveying, managing results, and processing data for various surveys and assessments.
  • Develop grant proposals, write literature reviews, design research, conduct research (e.g., survey methodology, interviews, online questionnaires), enter and analyze data, and report findings.
  • Collaborate with local and state government and non‑profit agencies to develop grant proposals for private, local, state, and federal funders.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
