As a Server Assistant, your general responsibilities will include running food and drinks to tables, cleaning tables, preparing our signature table‑side Guacamole, and providing any assistance needed for a quality dining experience. • Provide outstanding service to all guests
• Guide guests through the food and beverage menus and make suggestions
• Work positively and effectively alongside both front‑ and back‑of‑house teams
• Prepare table‑side guacamole
• Assist in running food
• Assist in bussing tables

• Must be hospitality focused and solution‑oriented
• Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast‑paced work environment
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to effectively implement the three Cs: coordination, consolidation, and communication
• Food handler's card may be required according to local and/or state regulations
• Knowledge of proper food safety and sanitation procedures
• Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize duties
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and bend, climb or work in confined spaces
• Ability to properly lift 25 lbs
• Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication with guests and coworkers
• Possess organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
