DISHWASHER (FULL TIME)

Rhodes College, Memphis, Tennessee 38112

Full time; open availability including weekends. Days and hours may vary.

$15.00 to $16.00 per hour

• Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes, wash by hand or place in racks or conveyor to dishwashing machine.
• Wash pots, pans, trays, and other kitchen equipment following assigned procedures.
• Polish silverware and certain equipment using appropriate equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Manage detergent chemical levels and kitchen temperatures according to standards.
• Keep dish area orderly and clean, sweep and mop kitchen floors.
• Remove trash, clean containers, and transfer supplies between storage and work areas.
• Assist with loading and unloading supplies and products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Prior dishwashing experience required.
• Ability to work full time, including weekends, with open availability.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.
