As a bartender, you ensure consistent drink quality by preparing hand‑crafted cocktail orders in a timely and professional manner and in accordance with recipes and guidelines established by the Food and Beverage department.

• Can obtain any necessary alcohol service licensing requirements
• Prior experience as a bartender preferred but not required
• Strong knowledge of alcohol mixology, drink menus and classic cocktail preparation preferred
• Ability to stand for an extended period of time
• Ability to effectively implement the three Cs: coordination, consolidation, and communication
• Ability to abide by all state, federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
  
  Excellent hospitality skills
• Accurate math and cash handling skills
• Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication with guests and coworkers
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
