• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, to send through dish machine
• Sort and stack clean dishes
• Remove trash and garbage to the dumpster
• Set up/break down dishwashing area
• Fill/empty soak tubs with cleaning/sanitizing solutions
• Sweep/mop floors
• Conduct general restaurant and restroom cleaning as directed
• Clean restaurant equipment
• Implement storage and rotation of food and supplies
• Cross‑training opportunities available

• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and bend, climb or work in confined spaces
• Ability to properly lift 25-50 lbs
• Knowledge of proper food safety and sanitation procedures
• Can obtain any necessary food handling permits or licenses
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
