Role at Levy Restaurants. This position involves taking food and beverage orders and delivering items to designated areas, with a focus on guest service and adherence to sanitation standards.

• Promptly and warmly greet guests in designated areas; serve food and beverages in an efficient manner following established steps of service.
• Deliver food promptly and professionally; maintain safe food handling and sanitation standards. Follow up periodically to assist with any additional needs or requests.
• Demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients; advise guests on appropriate combinations of food and drinks; accommodate reasonable requests and note preferences. Demonstrate knowledge of specialized diets and allergens as needed.
• Communicate directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure orders are delivered correctly and special requests are accommodated.
• Exhibit exceptional communication skills; work well with guests and staff; remain flexible and patient.
• Promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding personal or medical information shared.
• Address complaints or issues promptly; relay relevant information to the supervisor as needed.
• Ensure the service area is properly set up before and after the service period; keep area clean and organized while meeting sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with staff from other departments during special events and functions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
