Guest Experience Lead (GEL) – Full-Time / Part-Time

This posting is for a role with an independent McDonald’s franchisee. We are hiring driven Guest Experience Leads to create feel-good moments for customers and support restaurant operations.

• Greeting guests and communicating with them while ordering
• Offering help with using the ordering kiosks
• Aiding those in need of extra hands
• Checking with customers after they receive their food to ensure satisfaction or to offer further assistance
• Ensuring kids receive a kid treat
• Handling concerns and providing feedback to the restaurant team

All you ll need is an outstanding attitude and the willingness to learn and grow. We ll teach you the rest.

We are seeking individuals to work in our restaurant with an emphasis on creating positive guest experiences. Previous experience is not required; we will teach you the rest. Duties include engaging with guests, guiding them through the ordering process, and collaborating with team members to ensure a smooth guest experience.
