The Role ## Responsibilities
* Operate the dish station through full service: clean, sanitized, and stocked at all times.
* Assist the kitchen with prep tasks before service: portioning, cutting, saucing, and packaging.
* Take out trash, break down boxes, and maintain back-of-house cleanliness throughout the shift.
* Restock the line with clean equipment as needed during service.
What We Look For## Requirements
* Ability to stay focused and keep pace during a high-volume service.
* Physical stamina. Dishwashing is active work in a warm, wet environment.
* Dependable attendance: the kitchen can feel your absence immediately.
* No prior experience required. We'll train you. A strong work ethic is the bar.
