Seasonal Sales Associate

We’re on the search for a Seasonal Sales Associate to help lead our civic-minded, pop culture-driven brand. As a Box Lunch Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store in a visually appealing way, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return, impressing them with your product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Maintain visual standards by covering the sales floor zone and ensuring assigned areas are well-presented.
• Operate the register, processing sales transactions and promoting additional benefits such as BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes, including store map updates, wall and fixture arrangements, and merchandising.
• Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry.
• Support store maintenance by organizing the stock room and keeping the store tidy.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals.
• Perform any other duties assigned by your Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience; passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus!
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• You must be at least 16 years old.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, akin to an Avenger.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products using store equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds.
