$19.00 to $26.91 per hour

This role is designed for external retail assistant managers and store managers interested in “fast-tracking” into a Store Management position. This role requires a minimum of 1 year retail management experience.

We are currently looking for a Retail Store Management Trainee to join our team. This role offers an hourly wage plus commissions based on productivity and store performance. Minimum of 1 year retail management experience required.

Position Summary

Seeking a Store Manager Trainee with at least 6 months of management experience. Responsible for daily store operations, team leadership, financial management, and customer satisfaction. Role includes commission and bonus potential.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and address issues promptly.
  • Train and develop staff.
  • Recruit top talent.
  • Open and close the store, manage assets, and secure property.
  • Manage inventory, loans, and store presentation.
  • Analyze financial statements and drive profitability.
  • Maintain operational standards.
  • Monitor loan processes for integrity.
  • Complete assigned training and self-development tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and ensure understanding of store goals.
  • Act as manager on duty in the absence of the Store Manager.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, climb, push, pull for extended periods.
  • Effective supervision skills.
  • Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification.
  • Minimum age 18, high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexibility to work in multiple locations and hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Work 45+ hours/week.
  • Computer proficiency, cash handling experience, organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with a strong work ethic.

Commission Plan

Potential to earn 2-8% commission based on gross profit, details provided during interview.
