As a Cashier at AKIRA, you're more than just a point-of-sale expert—you're the final touch in delivering an unforgettable shopping experience. You'll wear many hats, supporting our sales team, managing fitting rooms, organizing the floor, and ensuring customers leave with a smile. Your attention to detail, speed, and service mindset will help drive sales and maintain a seamless in‑store environment.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store
• Keep fitting rooms tidy and available for customers
• Process and return merchandise from try‑on sessions back to the floor
• Assist with putting out new inventory and replenishments
• Support stylists by pulling product and helping manage customer needs
• Complete operational tasks as assigned by store leadership
• Ensure all assigned duties are finished before clocking out

• Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate checkout experiences
• Collect customer information for AKIRA's loyalty program (name, phone, birthday)
• Suggest last‑minute add‑ons to maximize sales at checkout
• Operate the register in accordance with all company policies and procedures
• Follow all payment, pricing, discount, and return protocols
• Address customer questions, feedback, or concerns professionally
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked register station

• Excellent cash‑handling skills and attention to detail
• Friendly and service‑focused with strong interpersonal skills
• Honest, dependable, and team‑oriented
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Capable of lifting and organizing merchandise and shipments

The starting pay for this position is $14.00 per hour and may be adjusted based on experience, qualifications, and other job‑related factors.
