One of the largest privately owned Automotive Dealer Groups in West Tennessee is seeking an individual with the ambition and aptitude to become part of the retail automotive industry. We will provide the tools to succeed with incentives and further job opportunities.

We are currently seeking an EXPERIENCED DETAIL-ORIENTED CASHIER to join our team

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
• Provide basic information to customers who have general inquires
• Calculate the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system
• Assist management with various clerical duties as needed
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket.
• Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise and refer the complaining customer to the appropriate individual for further communication.

Qualifications

• Prior cash handling experience
• Excellent communication skills, customer service skills and organizational skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while
• Handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check
