RESPONSIBILITIES:
Automotive Sales Associates will greet customers as they arrive. Automotive Sales Associates follow up with prospective customers via email and by phone. Automotive Sales Associates will gain an in-depth knowledge of a customer’s interests to assist them with their purchase. Automotive Sales Associates will follow-up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads.

AGGRESSIVE SALARY + BONUS STRUCTURE AND ONE OF THE BEST BENEFITS PACKAGE IN THE INDUSTRY. TOP SALES ASSOCIATES EARN SIX-FIGURE ANNUAL INCOMES and have a required work schedule of less than 45 hours per week. Benefits include: paid training, paid vacation, 401k with company match, medical/dental/vision/life and disability coverage, employee car purchase program, wellness program, and more. 45 hour average work week (5 day work week).

Closed on Sundays. Monthly bonus programs; factory incentive programs; extensive car inventories across multiple brands.

• Previous sales experience, including inside sales, outside sales, retail sales is a plus
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")
• Excellent follow up skills
• Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
• Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Must possess the ability to meet, greet and ask for the sale
