As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Shantorra Owens - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

• Must be able to obtain a Property/Casualty and Life/Health License (We will help you with guidance and license reimbursement!)
• Proficiency in working with computer systems like CRMs and Microsoft.
• Bilingual-Spanish speaking is a PLUS!

Compensation $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
