We provide professional security guard services for businesses, events, and organizations throughout the Mid-South. Our mission is simple - to keep people, property, and operations safe through reliable, well-trained personnel and proactive service. As we expand, we’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative to grow our client base across Tennessee, and Mississippi.
About the Role
This hybrid inside/outside sales position is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals. You’ll generate new business within a 200-mile radius of Memphis while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You’ll engage with decision-makers and sell services that make a tangible difference in the community.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial, retail, industrial, and event sectors
- Conduct on-site visits, assessments, and presentations for prospective clients
- Develop proposals and pricing plans tailored to client security needs
- Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with operations to guarantee smooth service delivery
- Track and report sales activity using CRM tools
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of B2B or outside sales experience (service or security industry preferred, but candidates from staffing, alarm, or other service industries encouraged)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Familiarity with the Memphis area and surrounding region
