Inside Sales Representative

A3 Freight Payment has an opportunity on its team for an Inside Sales Representative. This is an entry level position. The employee will serve on the sales team qualifying and initiating relationships with sales leads generated by the company’s marketing activities. The employee will also nurture those relationships throughout the sales cycle.

• Reach out to qualified leads for initial contact through multiple channels.
• Schedule calls/meeting with qualified leads to discuss services.
• Follow‑up with previously contacted leads to ensure company’s participation in any sourcing exercise.

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• Previous sales experience is preferred.
• Strong communications and interpersonal relationship skills are required.

• Have the ability to form relationships with prospects.
• Have the ability to learn about the company’s services and employ that knowledge.
• Have the ability to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
• Applicants must be legal to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

$40,000 per year base compensation plus a bonus program based upon performance.

This position is in‑office but future flexibility in location of work is a possibility.
