Primary Responsibilities
  • Product Expertise: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of current Acura inventory and emerging automotive technologies.

  • Client Consultation: Utilize active listening to identify client needs and recommend appropriate vehicle solutions.

  • Product Demonstration: Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives to highlight key features and performance.

  • Sales Lifecycle Management: Facilitate the sales process from initial greeting through closing, including price presentation and financing coordination.

  • Relationship Management: Execute diligent post-sale follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and cultivate a robust referral network.

  • Business Development: Proactively prospect for new clientele and maintain a high level of professional initiative.

Candidate Qualifications
