A Day in the Life of an Outside Sales Specialist:

As an Outside Sales Specialist at Lookout Pest Control, you'll be responsible for growing our customer base and ensuring every interaction is professional and friendly. You'll visit businesses and homeowners to offer inspections, quotes, and solutions, helping to drive our company's expansion in Charleston. Expect a balance of independent work and team collaboration, where you’ll schedule and complete a target number of inspections per day, generate leads, and play a pivotal role in supporting our growth.

You’ll work with cutting-edge technology, receiving continuous support from a team of leaders and peers. You will leverage daily check-ins, coaching, and access to an industry-leading playbook to sharpen your sales skills and achieve success.

What You’ll Do:

• Grow our business by closing leads (INB) and generating new opportunities (CTV).
• Conduct inspections and deliver quotes for customers, ensuring they receive the best solutions.
• Use your sales skills to create new leads via door knocking, calling existing customers, working with local business groups, property managers, home owner associations, realtors, and collaborating with service technicians and inside sales teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to communicate effectively with customers.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Proven experience as an Outside Sales Specialist (preferably in the home services space).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• A clean driving record and valid driver’s license (must be willing to travel daily).
• Strong work ethic and ability to solve problems ethically.
