This is a full-cycle role: you generate, you close, you keep the relationship. 50/50 split on gross profit after a 10% office fee - meaning your incentive is aligned with the company on every deal.

• Self-generate leads through networking, referrals, and the six-pack method (knock six doors around every active job site)
• Run inspections, estimates, and closes - full cycle, no setter pod, no handoff
• Coordinate the install handoff with the in-house production team
• Build a referral motion strong enough to compound into recurring deal flow

• Month 1:
  First close cleared, ~$3K-$5K first commission check.
• Month 6: 4-6 roofs/month sustained. ~$11K monthly commission.
• Month 12:
  Self-gen referral motion compounding. Top quartile $200K+. Future hires report into your override.

• 3+ years of roofing or home-services full-cycle sales
• Comfortable self-sourcing - this is not a fed-leads role
• Memphis-local. You're carrying revenue here, not visiting.
• Bonus: existing Memphis-area network of property owners or referral partners
