Make a meaningful impact in hospice sales

As our Area Sales Manager, you’ll identify and pursue new market opportunities, driving growth for hospice care in the Memphis and Jonesboro areas. Partnering closely with Program Directors and Regional Sales Directors, you will develop and execute sales strategies that increase patient census and strengthen our community presence. With up to 70% travel in your territory and a collaborative approach, your leadership will empower a team of community liaisons to succeed.

• Lead day-to-day management of hospice community liaisons, ensuring strong engagement with key accounts
• Provide training and ongoing support to equip your team with effective sales skills and tools
• Monitor and report on sales metrics such as visit frequency and referral volumes to optimize performance
• Assist recruiting efforts to build and grow a high-performing sales team
• Stay informed on market trends, competition, and best practices to keep hospice care ahead

• Solid understanding of hospice regulations
• 2 years+ in a management role
• 4 years+ of sales experience, preferablyhospice
• Proven success in growing local or regional patient census
• Willing and able to travel up to 70% within the assigned territory
• Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
• Residency within or driving distance of the Memphis territory
