Principle Toyota Memphis, is seeking an experienced automotive sales professional with a proven record of performance and exceptional customer service.

In addition to earnings available under our standard Sales Consultant commission plan, qualified new hires may be eligible for:

• A phased, production-based sign-on bonus of up to $12,500
• An additional performance qualification bonus of up to$6,250
• A total first-year bonus opportunity of up to $18,750

• Average Sales Associates earn $8,000+ per month
• Top performers consistently earn well into six figures
• Performance-driven compensation with no cap on earnings

• Build relationships with customers and provide an exceptional buying experience
• Understand customer needs and recommend vehicle solutions that fit their lifestyle
• Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and benefits
• Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline
• Generate leads through referrals, networking, digital inquiries, and community engagement
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity within CRM systems
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
• Stay informed on VW products, technology, and industry trends
• Collaborate with teammates to create an outstanding customer experience

• Qualified candidates must have:
• At least three years of automotive retail sales experience
• A verified average of at least 12 delivered units per month during the most recent 12 months
• Demonstrated CRM follow-up, appointment-setting, and customer relationship-management skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Satisfactory references
• The ability to complete all standard pre-employment requirements successfully
