We're hiring a Hospice Area Sales Manager to lead community liaisons and drive hospice census growth across Memphis and Eastern Arkansas.
Must-Haves Hospice sales leadership experience4+ years of healthcare sales or community liaison work in hospice or home health2+ years of sales management
Track record growing hospice patient census
Knowledge of hospice regulations
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
What You'll DoManage hospice community liaisons in the field
Build referral sources and grow census in target accounts
Coach sales staff and hold the team accountable to metrics
Monitor competition and referral opportunities in the market
Support hiring and onboarding of new liaisons
Nice-to-Haves Established Memphis area hospice referral relationships
Compensation and Benefits $125,000 to $135,000 a year About the Company An established hospice and home health provider growing in the Memphis market.
