Position Overview: We are currently seeking a reliable and vigilant Unarmed Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure and safe environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. As an Unarmed Security Officer, you will be a key member of our security team, tasked with enforcing regulations, conducting patrols, and responding to emergencies with efficiency and professionalism.

WE HAVE ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE

• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to ensure security and detect any suspicious activity.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify potential security risks.
• Enforce access control procedures, including checking credentials and verifying authorized personnel.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by offering assistance and information as needed.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, such as medical incidents or disturbances, and take appropriate action to resolve the situation.
• Complete detailed incident reports documenting any security-related incidents or breaches.
• Collaborate effectively with law enforcement agencies and emergency services when necessary.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to maintain composure and make quick, rational decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have a Valid Security Guard License with the State of TN.
• Must submit a drug screening and background check upon offer of employment.
