Garda World Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer. Your sharp eye and attention to detail will capture every nuance as you monitor a series of screens, spotting threats before they escalate.

• Set schedule: 1st Shift, 6am-2pm (Fri, Sat); 2nd Shift, 2pm-10pm (Sun, Mon)
• Valid driver’s license required (must be at least 21 years of age)
• Must have a TN Security License
• Competitive hourly wage of $17 / hour (Daily Pay available for Garda World employees)

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must have a TN Security License
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Strong report‑writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• Security, military, or law‑enforcement experience is a plus
• Hold a state license if required
