. We're seeking skilled and professional Roof Inspectors / QA Technicians / Repair Technicians to join our expanding team. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and durability of our roofing systems.
Position Overview
As a Commercial Roof Inspector / QA Technician / Repair Technician
, you will perform inspections on new and existing commercial roofing systems to verify compliance with company and industry standards. You'll document findings using company-provided software and communicate results with your manager. Hands-on training will be provided.
- Conduct detailed inspections of commercial roofing systems, including EPDM, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen (Mod-Bit), BUR, and Metal.
- Identify deficiencies, diagnose leak causes, and verify repair quality.
- Document inspection results via mobile software and company devices.
- Ensure compliance with safety, manufacturer, and job site standards.
- Communicate effectively with onsite contacts and internal teams.
- Travel frequently nationwide (per diem provided).
- Perform service repairs as needed to fill schedule gaps and earn additional hours.
- Minimum of 7 years of commercial roofing experience (multi-system proficiency preferred).
- In-depth understanding of roofing systems and repair techniques.
- Comfortable with smartphones, email, and mobile apps - or willing to learn.
- At least one professional reference required.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated with a professional demeanor.
- Hourly Pay: $20 - $28/hour (based on experience).
