Responsibilities* You will be offered all types of work. Based on your skill set, you select what to accept. Most work requires a qualified helper. We are looking for the following:
Outdoor Structures:
Assembly of large outdoor products at customers' homes, requiring reliable transportation. For basketball installations, a pickup truck, van, or smaller box truck is necessary.
- Playsets
- Pergolas
- Gazebos
- Resin products
- Sheds
- In-ground basketball hoops: Requires occasional pickup and delivery of products. Experience with concrete is preferred. A suitable vehicle for transport is required.
Delivery & Assembly Contractor Teams:
Involves pickup of items at retail locations, delivery, and assembly in customers' homes. A cargo, sprinter, or smaller box truck is required.

If your team meets these expectations, we want you as our next contractor!
- Must have a sufficient vehicle for the work being performed.
- Experience with concrete is preferred for basketball hoop installations.
- Must have a reliable helper; two-man teams are required.
- Own and be experienced with hand and power tools, capable of building products per manufacturer specifications.
- Must have an EIN (federal tax ), obtainable free .
- Compliance with insurance, vehicle registrations, and possibly DOT/MC numbers for GVWR over 10,000 lbs.
- Must adhere to state laws regarding vehicle use.
- Background and drug screens are conducted on all contractors and helpers.
- MVR checks are performed for all driving contractors.
- Must be committed to providing exceptional customer service, be tech-savvy with a mobile phone, and possess excellent communication skills.
