4C Resources is a family‑owned company providing integrated industrial services across ten states, including energy services, equipment rental, emission monitoring, and safety technology. We’re growing fast, with new branches and service lines coming online, and we’re looking for an experienced operator to join our East Memphis team and keep our yards and job sites supplied, organized, and safe.
What You’ll Do- Operate telehandlers to lift, place, and move materials, equipment, and pallets at yards and job sites
- Run skid steers for loading, hauling, grading, site cleanup, and attachment work
- Conduct hose placements, including laying out, connecting, positioning, and retrieving hose at customer sites
- Load, unload, and stage rental equipment and supplies for customer jobs
- Complete daily pre‑use inspections and report maintenance or safety issues right away
- Follow load charts and manufacturer capacity limits, and keep loads stable and secure
- Work closely with ground crews, using hand signals and radio communication
- Follow OSHA and site safety rules at all times
- 1+ year of experience operating telehandlers and skid steers and conducting hose placements
- Knowledge of load charts, stability, and safe load handling
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather and lift up to 50 lbs
- Dependable attendance and a safety‑first attitude
- Availability for full‑time day shift, with overtime as needed
- Telehandler or aerial lift operator certification, or OSHA 10/30
- Experience in energy services or industrial settings
- Experience with multiple attachments
- Basic equipment maintenance skills
- $20-$25/hour, depending on experience, with overtime opportunities
