Location: Memphis – Shelby County, TN
Classifications: Part‑time, Hourly (FLSA: Non‑Exempt)

Summary of the PositionHourly, part‑time positions serving youth and families throughout Memphis – Shelby County are available.
Responsibilities- Must be dependable, committed, and able to serve as a positive role model for youth in the community, school, and home settings.
- Initiate, organize, plan, develop and implement direct advocacy services to assigned participants and their families.
- Develop service plans based on a strength‑based wrap‑around model.
- Maintain reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current automobile insurance coverage.
- A minimum high school diploma or GED.
- Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources.
- Males are highly encouraged to apply.
- Bi‑lingual/Spanish speaking is a plus.
