DescriptionThompson’s history and mission guide every interaction with youth and families. We provide comprehensive, evidence‑based care across three domains, committed to building resilience and supporting families throughout the youth lifecycle.
Responsibilities- Provide supervision, support, guidance, and build therapeutic relationships with youth under your care.
- Engage with youth, provide direction, structure, and support for physical and physiological needs, schedule and participate in activities, ensure environments are clean and safe, complete daily documentation, and transport clients as needed.
- May travel to various residential facilities within the Memphis area.
Rotating schedule: 1st Shift 7am-7pm or 2nd Shift 7pm-7am.
Week 1:
Monday, Thursday, Friday
Week 2:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday
- Starting Pay Range: $18.50 - $22.00/hourly based on experience

- Valid Driver’s License and meet credentialing, licensing, and privileging standards as they pertain to the program
- High School diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of one year of experience working in a residential youth or adult operation or related experience in child and family services.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite application software
- Must work 1st shift (7am-7pm) or 2nd shift (7pm-7am)
