Title:

Sr. Systems Engineer

This Sr. Systems Engineer will use advanced techniques in generative AI, LLMs, machine learning, and cloud platforms to streamline, automate, and optimize our operations. You will lead the implementation of Generative AI products, driving the successful launch of the first version to market and ensuring alignment with the company's goals and vision. You will also train, fine tune, and deploy LLM solutions on proprietary data as well as develop and implement RAG-based chatbots, utilizing advanced techniques like query re-writing, efficient retrieval and re-ranking.

Working with stakeholders throughout the organization, this Sr. Systems Engineer will identify opportunities for leveraging AI to improve business processes and collaborate cross functionally to deploy AI solutions and monitor outcomes.

Requirements:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related and 7 years of machine learning experience, including:

Information retrieval, Language Models, NLP & NLU, & Graph Neural Network
Model fine tuning and reward learning
Traditional keyword-based search technologies, modern search paradigm utilizing vector-based retrieval algorithms, and search systems such as Elasticsearch or Solr
Python, Type Script/Node, Java Script
GCP or Azure
Tensorflow
End-to-end AI solution at the enterprise level
Working with geographically diverse, multinational teams
