Required Skills & Qualifications:
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Hands-on experience building/deploying Generative AI and Agentic AI workflows.
- Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks (Lan Eligible to workhain, Lang Graph) and cloud AI services (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock).
- Experience with prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Advanced programming proficiency in Python and Java or C#.
- Deep expertise in web/mobile automation tools like Playwright and Selenium.
- Solid understanding of Git, Docker/Containers, and CI/CD pipeline integrations.
- Capability to build or integrate dedicated AI agents for Test Planning & Requirement Analysis,
- Test Script Generation, Test Execution & Self-Healing, and Reporting & Analytics.
- Design and maintain scalable, modular, and extensible test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, API ecosystems).
- Oversee all testing phases including unit, integration, regression, performance, and UAT.
- Embed automated test pipelines into enterprise CI/CD workflows (Jenkins, Git Hub Actions,Git Lab).
- Drive continuous Eligible to workimization to compress test cycle times through intelligent parallel agent dispatch.
- Define coding standards, test coverage metrics, risk-based testing frameworks, and governance policies.
- Coach and upskill global quality engineering teams on modern automation principles and AI-assisted testing tools.
- Architect and implement collaborative AI agent networks using frameworks such as Lan Eligible to workhain, Lang Graph, or Model Context Protocols tailored for QA workflows
