- Percentage-based pay:
Earn 28%–32% of gross truck revenue - Annual earnings potential: $100,000-$120,000+
- Excess wait time paid hourly: $38/hour
- Daily per diem: $36–$88 while on the road/company-paid hotel
- 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision for you AND your family

Apply Now – Limited Openings ResponsibilitiesYou’ll be hauling dry bulk material in pneumatic tankers
, supporting pavement reclamation and soil stabilization projects across the U.S. —
getting materials where they need to go safely, efficiently, and professionally. You’ll work closely with project crews and partners to help ensure that every pick up, delivery, and job site runs smoothly.
- Operate and maintain trucks & trailers safely and professionally
- Follow all DOT, FMCSA
, and Rock Solid safety procedures - Load/unload material and communicate clearly with job site crews
- Keep trucks clean, safe, and road-ready
- Use smartphones and dispatch apps to manage loads and records
- Be prepared for multi-week travel assignments and represent the company on the road
- Must be 21 years - Required
- Medical Card – Required
- Hazmat, Tanker, and TWIC – a plus, not required
- Pneumatic tanker experience – preferred, but we’ll train the right person
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Safety-first mindset with a sense of urgency
- Comfort using phones/tablets to manage dispatch and logs
- Clean MVR, drug screen, and background check compliance
