Airport Vehicle Service Supervisor - MEM

We are Hiring in December for a Start date of January 6, 2025. Paid training is provided for all new employees prior to January 6, 2025.

As a Vehicle Service/Transporter Supervisor, you will Supervise and coordinate the cleaning of the interior and exterior of the vehicle, all fluids are filled under the hood, refuelling of the vehicle, delivery of vehicles from the Hertz Airport location to various locations around the Airport.

• Weekly pay for hourly employees.

• Supervises and coordinates daily activities of employees to ensure safe and effective operations.
• Monitors and enforces safe working habits in accordance with OSHA/DOT, Unifi policies and safety procedures, and all applicable laws.
• Responsible for shift schedule to include workstation assignments, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations.
• Enforces Company policies and procedures, including disciplinary action, and promotes Unifi policies on Equal Employment Opportunity, Professional Conduct, and diversity initiatives and investigates and responds to employee relations issues in a timely manner.
• Communicates with Manager concerning any problems or issues.
• Schedules and conducts shift meetings.
• Performs job duties of assigned shift.
• Performs other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a Valid Driver's License.
• 2 Years of Supervisory experience.

• Must be able to work in rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends and holidays, overtime.
• Must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements.
