Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Drivers role based in Memphis, TN. Drivers are responsible for safely operating company vehicles to transport passengers or goods across the Mid-South area, following all traffic laws and company safety policies. Daily tasks include planning routes, conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, maintaining cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle, and ensuring on-time pick-ups and drop-offs.

Drivers interact with passengers, dispatchers, and other team members, providing professional and courteous service and clear communication. The role also involves accurately completing trip logs, mileage records, and any required documentation, as well as reporting incidents or maintenance needs promptly.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and strong knowledge of local and regional roadways.
• Proven ability to operate vehicles safely, follow traffic regulations, and adhere to company safety procedures.
• Good communication and customer service skills, with a professional and respectful approach to passengers and coworkers.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Memphis, TN, including flexible hours, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Reliable time management skills and the ability to follow schedules, route plans, and dispatch instructions.
• Physical ability to sit for extended periods, assist with loading/unloading if required, and perform basic vehicle checks.
• Previous driving or transportation experience is preferred; experience in the Mid-South region is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with eligibility to work in the United States.
