This Truck Driver position is ideal for professionals seeking consistent freight, automatic equipment, predictable scheduling, and regular home time.
Local Class A Truck Driver Job Details.- $29.12 per hour for all hours worked
- Additional $5.35 per hour Health & Welfare benefit for eligible hours worked up to 40 hours per week
- Truck Driver Automatic Sleeper-cab tractor
- Truck Driverhauling U.S. Mail and general freight on dedicated regional routes within a 500-mile radius of Memphis.
- Truck Drivers typically make 2 stops per run and operate on dispatch-assigned schedules.
- Truck Driver, you will pick up a loaded mail trailer in Memphis, deliver and assist with unloading mail when required, then reload with general freight for the return trip.
- Truck Driver Freight typically moves out one day and returns the next, giving the Truck Driver a consistent schedule.
- Truck Driver required 10-hour break before returning to Memphis. Mail unloading assistance is required on approximately 25% of deliveries.
