Construction Materials Warehouse Assistant

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and efficient Warehouse Assistant to support daily operations at our construction materials warehouse.

This role is critical to ensuring materials are prepared accurately, the warehouse remains clean and organized, and customers receive prompt, professional service.

The ideal candidate is an early riser, takes pride in keeping things orderly, and is comfortable working directly with contractors and walk-in customers.

• Receive, organize, and stock construction materials
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment
• Assist with inventory counts and material organization
• Prepare and stage materials for pickup or delivery

• Greet and assist walk-in customers and contractors
• Help load materials and answer basic product questions
• Coordinate with office staff and field crews to ensure accurate orders
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times

• Open the warehouse promptly at scheduled start time
• Ensure materials and orders are ready for daily operations
• Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Dependable and punctual; consistent early arrival is required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently and stay on task
• Comfortable interacting with customers and coworkers
• Ability to lift and move construction materials safely
• Willingness to learn construction materials and processes

• Previous warehouse, construction, or material handling experience
• Forklift experience (or willingness to be trained)
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
